Happy Customers Come Back for More

One way to know your customers are happy with the service you provide is when they come back to you for more. When they come back for more of the same it means the products you sell are excellent, too.

Consumables are one thing - you can attribute re-orders to habit, convenience or price - but instruments and equipment usually need a bit more thought and customers are more discriminating about where they order new measuring and testing equipment.

At Novanna, we are always very pleased to get a second order from a customer, and especially when the new order is a repeat of the first one. An example came on Friday when we had a customer order three more rain gauges to go with the three we had just delivered.
